sure of doing something , 字典無咁既例句格式. sure of 跟一個 gerund , 無. 係 Grammatically correct. 但 sure of 跟一個名詞就多. 無疑Gerund 都係當得做名詞.
但跟一個 gerund 有可能會好累贅, 因會 gerund 又扮演到 verb 個角色, 重要係 transitive verb. 咁即係又要使用 conjunction , 用 infinitve 咁方便. 相比下可以好辛苦.
結論係唔知呀 !!! 用到就知, 但又唔識講.

不過有陣時摷字典都未必有用, 啱啱去睇下本Oxford English Reference Dictionary, 咁鬼死大本都居然冇我要嘅嘢. 反而Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English 多d嘢講. 但都係冇講到有關嘅嘢.
你又提醒我, 得閒真係搵個先生去問下都好. 唔似我咁認真啊呵? hehe.
